Message	First off, how to you get the filler neck out? does it just pull through from the fender well? there is a lip on the exterior side that doesn't seem like it will pull through but I see no bolts anywhere? and also If I unbolt the neck from the tank is it likely to have fuel above that level? Is it necessary to remove the fuel pump assembly or just unplug it? Thanks, I'm working by myself and with 20gal of fuel in the tank I don't want to get caught holding it up from below with no way to undo something I forgot above.
